Here is a little outline as to how to use your Abide app on iOS devices:
At the bottom of your Abide screen you will find these Menu selections:
Daily Meditation: You will find our Daily meditations (changes every 24 hours) if you tap on the Artwork you may listen. This is random, pre-selected by the Abide team. This has nothing to do with your Topics.
Play Meditations for...: You selected these when downloading Abide and we then base various Guides on what you have select selected. These are not set in stone, they will change if you listen to several meditations under a different Topic.
Guide; You will find the Guide that you are currently listening to under the Quick Help. This is just another way to enter your Guide.
Journal: This is where you may journal about anything, most people "Go Deeper" and journal after listening to the Daily Meditation. We are working on improving our journaling feature!
* Sleep: These are timed sleep Bedtime Stories with times pre-set, 15, 30, 60, 90 minutes long, all shutting off at the selected time. You will find a menu listing the different types of stories to help you search. We add one to two Sleep Stories every week!
* Topics: You will find the Search feature at the top of your Topic screen. Under the Search, you will find a menu of all the topics we offer, simply scroll right to left. When you top on a menu item, all the meditations pertaining to that selection will be listed along with the Guides under your selection.
Stream: ∞ if you tap on the Stream symbol, this will stream the list of meditations until you X out to stop the stream.
Favorite ♡ This feature allows you to save meditations and go back to listen to them at any given time!
* Guide A step by step study covering many topics. You will find a menu here to help guide you when selecting a Guide. The Guides are a little like a bible study/prayers/thought-provoking meditation series of steps. In order to advance to the next step, you must X out on the Splendid/Share screen, go back to the Guide and continue on the next step.
Favorite ♡ you may select this to save your Guide.
Repeat ↩︎ at the end of your Guide, you have the option of repeating it by selecting this feature.

Share you may email or message select meditations. Whomever you share with does not have to have the Abide app. Regardless of the length selected, only the two-minute version is shared. You may contact us at email@example.com (not.com) and we are happy to share or provide you with a longer link to share!

Background image: Swipe right or left across your meditation screen to change your background artwork!
Sound/Music: The VOLUME control is on the bottom of your meditation screen ( iOS = Music Symbol 🎵) tap this and slide the volume control to adjust your music/sound on or off. Currently, there is no way to 'mute' your music/sound, you simply turn the volume all the way down.
VOLUME of the Reader: this is controlled by the volume control on your iOS device, separate from the background music/sound.
