What if my notifications are not working?
There are several reasons as to why your notifications may not be working, let's check out a few:
- The notifications are turned off on the Abide app. You can turn this on by going through the steps on How To Use Notifications
- The notifications are turned off to Abide in your phone settings. You can turn this on by going to settings on your phone, finding the Abide app and turning it back on.
- If you have gone through all the steps provided, we suggest forcing the app to close. Here are instructions for Apple devices and Android devices.
- Your device might not have the latest version of Abide. Update your app from your device by going to the App Store or Play Store and going to the updates section or searching for Abide.
