In order to subscribe to Abide, you must go through iTunes and are charged directly through iTunes on an iPhone or iPad. iTunes has a strict refund policy and will not refund over 30 days, you must contact Apple directly, as they do not provide us with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.

Type in “I didn’t authorize this purchase.”
Click “iTunes Store Support” and “Chat”.
Please state that Abide is not working with your device as iTunes refunds for "problems". Thank you.
