There are several ways to receive a refund depending on how you purchased your Abide subscription.
Google Play Store or Abide Promotion link: Please reach out to us here for assistance. For yearly subscription purchases made through our promotional link or the Google Play Store, we are usually able to accommodate refund requests made within 30 days of your purchase.
NOTE: Lifetime subscription and gift card purchases are not eligible for a refund.
iTunes App Store: Apple handles all billing for in-app purchases made on iOS devices. Customers who subscribed to the Abide apps through iTunes will need to reach out to Apple directly with any refund requests. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it's at their discretion). Go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com
Type in “I didn’t authorize this purchase.”
Click “iTunes Store Support” and “Chat”.
Please state that Abide is not working with your device as iTunes refunds for "problems". Thank you.
