First and foremost, make sure your Abide is updated on your devices and your device itself is updated.
Visit the App Store or Google Play Store to update the app without having to uninstall and reinstall.
Android devices
Wrong EMAIL ADDRESS is the most common reason that you find our meditations locked. Please check that you are logged into your paid account with the correct email.
Log out > force stop > log back in with correct email
Log out of Abide and log back in with the exact email you used to unlock Abide. You may also go to Me > Settings > Restore Purchase
Clear cache'/restart device often after an update, it is important to give your device a reboot!

iOS devices
