First and foremost, make sure the latest version of Abide is installed on your devices. You may go to the App Store or Google Play Store to simply update the app without having to uninstall and reinstall.
The most common reason for no access is an incorrect email address. Log out of Abide and log back in with the exact email you used to unlock Abide. If this does not work, contact Customer Support.
