To start using Abide, you need to be logged into a user account. If you have been using Abide and somehow found yourself logged out, here are steps to log back in:
Please know that you may only log into Abide on iOS or Android devices, not your computer.
Two ways to log into Abide
Log in by emailed link (once you download Abide)
- From the login screen, enter your email address and tap Continue.
- On the next screen, Send Sign-in Link
- The next screen says Link sent. Check your email.
- On your device, check your inbox for an email from Abide with subject Magic sign-in link for Abide
- In the email, tap the button Sign in to Abide, which launches Abide and simultaneously logs you in. (you have a choice of browser)
- Start using Abide.
Log in by email address and password
- From the login screen, enter your email address and tap Continue.
- On the next screen, Password long, hard to type?, tap the Type password button.
- Enter your password and tap Continue. If the button does not respond, be sure you entered 8 characters or more.
- If you see a dialog, Oops. We could not sign into your account, try tapping the Reset password button and if the email address is filled correctly, tap Email me.
- Check your inbox for an email from Abide Support Team with subject Reset your Abide password.
- In the email, use the Reset password button.
- In the next screen, enter a password longer than 8 characters and in the 2nd field, enter it again. Use this Reset password button. A success page should appear.
- Return to the password screen in Abide and enter your new password. Tap Continue.
- Start using Abide
